Job Summary: A Construction Site Payroll Assistant responsible for recording and monitoring personnel attendance, reporting incidents, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Attendance control and personnel tracking at construction sites 2. Management of attendance and safety incidents 3. Ensuring use of PPE and registration of personnel with IMSS Construction Site Payroll Assistant · Duties: 1. Record daily entry and exit of personnel at the construction site. 2. Verify that personnel wear complete personal protective equipment (PPE) before entering. 3. Report attendance incidents (absences, tardiness, crew changes, etc.) to the Construction Site Payroll Assistant. 4. Report incidents occurring at the construction site. 5. Remove from the site any personnel not registered with IMSS or not wearing required safety equipment. · High school diploma or technical degree in administration, accounting, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in personnel attendance control at construction sites or in the field. Salary: $10,000.00 MXN gross per month plus statutory benefits.
