Our core pillar rests on the "People First" philosophy, enabling holistic and unique experiences that integrate each team member’s personal life stage and professional career phase. *Join Our Team!* * **Experience:** Preferred 1–2 years of quality assurance experience in food or beverage manufacturing plants, preferably within manufacturing companies. **Technical Knowledge:** * Quality management standards and systems (GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000) applicable to food and/or beverages. * Sampling techniques, basic analytical methods, and plant laboratory operations. * Management of quality indicators (OEE, rejections, returns, non-conformities) and report generation. * Knowledge of food safety regulations and traceability requirements. * Laboratory material handling and control. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic SAP knowledge is desirable. **Responsibilities:** * Verify compliance with specifications for raw materials, purée, packaging materials, and auxiliaries. * Identify and classify fruits by ripeness stage and perform fruit blending. * Generate inventories, fruit consumption lists, data entries and reports, as well as data analysis. * Conduct sampling and physicochemical quality control analyses on raw materials. * Record and monitor results, maintain traceability, and issue daily/weekly quality indicator reports. * Support internal and external audits, as well as implementation and maintenance of quality and food safety management systems. * Collaborate with production, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure raw material receipt meets specifications. * Train and provide feedback to plant personnel on Good Manufacturing Practices and quality procedures. * Participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency. **Competencies:** * Results- and quality-oriented mindset. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Chemistry, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields. **Our Value Proposition:** *Competitive salary plus benefits exceeding statutory requirements.* *Professional growth opportunities.* Department Supply Chain Position Quality Analyst Locations Zacatecas Plant Employment Type Temporary Contact Isabel De la Rosa Martinez, Talent Executive – Human Resources
