Production Planner

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure material availability, optimize inventory levels, and coordinate the production plan. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic coordination with key departments * Bachelor's degree. * Knowledge of: ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.) MRP/MPS planning Inventory control Supplier management Intermediate Excel * Responsibilities: Ensure timely material availability for production. Guarantee adherence to the production plan according to demand. Ensure timely and efficient procurement while maintaining strong supplier relationships. Optimize inventory levels, reducing storage costs and waste. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, quality, logistics) to meet delivery objectives. Provide timely and accurate information for operational and strategic decision-making. Monitor and improve key performance indicators related to production, procurement, and inventory. Develop the master production schedule and monitor its execution. Issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers. Conduct inventory turnover analysis and determine minimum/maximum stock levels. Perform material requirements planning. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and manage unforeseen events or delays.
