We are seeking a strategic and operational professional with experience in convenience stores, consumer goods, or retail, focused on results, customer service, and business profitability. ### **Work Location** Saltillo, Coahuila ### **Compensation Offer** Gross monthly salary: **$19,565\.28** * Statutory benefits ### **Job Objective** Manage material, financial, and human resources for store operations, ensuring service standards, operational control, profitability, and proper execution of processes at retail locations. ### **✅ Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily convenience store operations. * Ensure product supply, displays, and proper stock rotation. * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and correct pricing at point of sale. * Control inventory and monitor profitability and margin indicators. * Coordinate and develop operational teams. * Manage personnel incidents and ensure compliance with internal policies. * Analyze product movement and propose sales strategies. * Supervise cash counts, cash handling, and reconciliations. * Ensure service standards and customer satisfaction. * Coordinate with suppliers and guarantee input and product quality. ### **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, convenience store, food, or consumer goods operations. * Experience analyzing performance results and operational KPIs. * Inventory management and shrinkage control experience. * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools. * Experience leading operational teams. * **Key Competencies** * Operational leadership * Organization and planning * Effective communication * Proactivity * Decision-making * Stress tolerance * Attention to detail * Team coordination ### **What We Are Looking For** A results-oriented individual with commercial and operational focus, capable of delivering an outstanding customer experience and maximizing store profitability.
