**Opportunity:** Sigma Foodservice is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role is essential for managing the HR function. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate personnel attraction, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes. * Report staff hires, terminations, contracts, incidents, and pre-payroll data, ensuring accurate payroll processing and benefit administration. * Handle administrative documentation and occupational safety regulations for personnel. * Provide direct support to employees, ensuring regulatory compliance, workplace safety, and a positive work environment. * Collaborate effectively with Administration, Commercial, and Operations departments to enhance operational efficiency. * Participate in training programs and manage or promote team-building activities. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree with diploma in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Capital Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in human resources management. * Work schedule: Monday to Saturday. * Knowledge of labor regulations. * Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate across multiple departments. * Strong communication skills and conflict resolution capability. * Experience with HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Pandapé or others) and Microsoft Office suite. **Benefits:** * Competitive monthly base salary. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits effective immediately. * A collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning.
