Job Summary: We are seeking a Knowledge Manager for Supply Chain responsible for managing and optimizing information, improving efficiency, and standardizing processes across the entire supply chain. Collaborative and innovative work environment We are looking for a Knowledge Manager for our Supply Chain area. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing supply chain-related information and knowledge. Your objective will be to improve efficiency and informed decision-making across the entire supply chain. This role is critical for documenting, standardizing, and disseminating processes; driving training; and ensuring adoption of continuous improvement methodologies across all regions. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and training materials. Integrate new processes and system changes into existing standards. Communicate updates and ensure adoption of operational models across the organization. Lead regional training and competency development programs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, operational excellence). Develop and maintain the supply chain capability matrix. Monitor upskilling progress and identify skill gaps. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in process management or organizational knowledge management. Additional training in Process Excellence, Knowledge Management, Lean/Six Sigma. Experience in designing and delivering training programs. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory).
