Requirements: -Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree (engineering preferred). -Experience: Minimum 1–2 years supervising personnel in plant or production processes. -Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and industrial safety. -Basic Excel and operational reporting skills. -Flexible availability Main Responsibilities: -Supervise daily activities of the packaging team during assigned shifts -Ensure adherence to the production schedule. -Verify that processes are executed according to established quality standards. -Coordinating proper operation of machinery and equipment. -Monitor productivity, efficiency, and goal achievement -Guarantee compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. -Prepare production reports, incident reports, and personnel performance reports.
