Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive Service Captain to lead teams and ensure high-quality customer service during events, coordinating service delivery and resolving incidents. Ensure customer service quality and resolve incidents Service Captain – Events Salary: $570 per day Profile: We seek a Service Captain with at least 1 year of experience leading teams at events, restaurants, or banquets. Must be responsible, proactive, and possess an excellent service attitude.
