Tomorrow can’t wait—let’s make it happen together!** **British American Tobacco has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Talent Management \& Development Intern in Monterrey, Mexico.** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Create variable compensation reports. * Approve or reject loan requests. * Create and design internal communication materials. * Support employee onboarding, movement, and offboarding processes. * Track employee training progress. * Support and monitor the People/HR agenda. * Control and audit physical and digital files. * Analyze data and KPI metrics. **What are we looking for?** * Experience working in Human Resources or Industrial Relations (preferred). * Experience working in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies (preferred). * Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills. * Highly motivated, ambitious, and proactive individual. * Strong communication skills. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel experience. * Advanced English proficiency. * Proficient use of MS Office applications. * Proficient use of design software (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint). **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Annual market-based performance bonus (subject to eligibility) * Our benefits portfolio varies by country and includes various health plans, work-life balance initiatives, transportation support, and flexible vacation days with additional incentives * Your professional growth with us is limitless—it’s driven by your aspirations.
