This position is pivotal to leading HR transformation, ensuring agile execution and exceptional service delivery to operational areas—the core drivers of the business. The expected impact is immediate: implementing retention solutions, digitizing processes, and strengthening leadership across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- This role is structured around three strategic pillars designed to elevate talent management standards: ### **1\. Retention and Well-being** * Design and implement high-impact, immediate-result initiatives ("Quick Wins") to increase staff satisfaction and loyalty. * Serve as an internal consultant to operational departments, ensuring they receive exceptional HR service aligned with their needs. * Strategically support the CEO in defining and reinforcing organizational culture and climate. ### **2\. Career Path and Development** * Lead the creation of career paths and structures that foster professional growth within the company. * Manage and enhance the performance of the HR team of 5 members. * Negotiate and align with department leaders on compensation frameworks, turnover metrics, and performance plans. ### **3\.
