Manage and coordinate activations for training and wellness campaigns. Manage and register tool allocation on company platforms so employees can perform their duties. Generate reports and summaries of payroll updates. Process employee registrations and cancellations with IMSS. Handle Nomipaq. Responsible for the stationery inventory of operations and restocking cafeteria items. Complete authorized forms for congratulations and all types of emotional support in Canva. Prepare quotations for activations and assist in coordinating such events. Quote activities and gifts according to established guidelines and submit proposals. Digital and physical administration filing. Responsible for the complete file archive of each employee of the company, whether active or inactive. Support in CV sourcing for recruitment. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Humanities or Administration. 1 year of experience in a similar position. Experience with Nominaq. Experience and proficiency with the IMSS portal. Microsoft Office 365. What do they offer? Monday to Saturday. Base salary: $12,000. Bonus: $2,000.
