This position is ideal for someone eager to apply their knowledge in a corporate setting, contribute ideas, and participate in real organizational communication projects. **What will you do in this role?** * Draft, design, and publish internal announcements across various channels (intranet, email, internal digital signage, corporate group chats, etc.). * Support the planning and execution of internal campaigns related to organizational culture, corporate events, and wellness programs. * Collaborate on creating graphic and audiovisual content for internal initiatives. * Track participation and reach metrics for communication campaigns. * Document internal communication activities through reports, presentations, and photographic records. * Assist with the organization and logistics of internal events, activations, and corporate celebrations. * Propose creative and innovative ideas to enhance communication and employee engagement. **Candidate Profile** * Currently enrolled student from the **5th or 6th semester onward**, majoring in: * Communication * Marketing * Public Relations * Human Resources * Or a related field. **Desired Knowledge:** * Flawless writing and grammar. * Basic proficiency with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar). * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Experience using social media and digital communication platforms. **Skills and Competencies:** * Creativity and innovation. * Effective communication. * Organization and planning. * Teamwork. * Proactivity and willingness to learn.
