




Job Summary: Coordinate the full human resources cycle—from recruitment and personnel administration to payroll, labor relations, development, retention, and regulatory compliance. Drives development and continuous improvement * **Recruitment and Selection:** Coordinate the complete hiring process (job posting, interviews, reference verification, and job offers). * **Personnel Administration:** Manage personnel movements, onboarding, offboarding, contracts, personnel files, and updates in HR systems. * **Payroll and Compensation:** Review pre\-payroll, validate payroll incidents, support payroll processing, manage benefits, and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation. Submit medical leave certificates and handle ST\-7\. * **Labor Relations:** Address employee and leadership inquiries, support conflict resolution, discipline, and workplace climate. Conduct disciplinary processes and labor audits, and manage employee separations. * **Training and Development:** Coordinate onboarding and internal training programs. Implement and monitor leveling programs (career plans, internal mobility, and professional development). * **Employee Engagement Programs:** Implement and monitor initiatives promoting employee satisfaction, recognition, and engagement. Coordinate and track results of the workplace climate survey, ensuring execution of derived action plans. Ensure compliance with and follow\-up on actions related to NOM\-035 concerning psychosocial risk factors and workplace well\-being. * **Talent Retention:** Monitor turnover metrics, analyze reasons for attrition, propose retention and workplace well\-being strategies. * **Performance Management:** Support performance evaluations, improvement plans, and recognition of achievements. Departmental KPIs: Time to fill vacancies; Staff turnover rate; Completion rate of mandatory training and development; Compliance with HR processes and audits; Hours worked and overtime. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure adherence to internal policies, audits, and legal labor requirements. * **Projects and Continuous Improvement:** Participate in HR department automation, digitalization, and process standardization initiatives. * ***Compliance*** **:** Promote and ensure adherence to internal policies, code of conduct, ethics guidelines, and corporate regulations. Participate in training and awareness campaigns on integrity, workplace harassment, equity, and inclusion.
