




Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to manage various HR areas, supporting team development and well-being, including recruitment, onboarding, and training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the entire recruitment and personnel selection process. 2. Promotes and safeguards the physical and psychosocial well-being of staff. 3. Proactively collaborates in team development and well-being. We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the Human Resources function, supporting the development and well-being of our team. ACTIVITIES: Full management of the personnel recruitment and selection process. Integration and updating of employee files. Onboarding process, performance evaluations, and staff feedback. Incident tracking for payroll calculation. Staff support, PPE follow-up, and company policy compliance. Management of staff training programs. Management of QMS indicators for the process. Responsible for promoting and safeguarding the physical and psychosocial well-being of staff. Follow-up on purchase requisitions for the Human Resources process. Annual events fostering team integration. Compliance with QMS requirements based on ISO 9001\-2015. Knowledge of treasury operations, petty cash administration, and supplier payments. And others. REQUIREMENTS Prior experience in human resources. MANDATORY Knowledge of labor regulations. Ability to work proactively and collaboratively. Effective communication skills. Empathetic, trustworthy, loyal, responsible, honest, adaptable to change with strategic thinking, proactive. Class A driver's license. We offer: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 2 PM and 4 PM to 7 PM, with a 2-hour lunch break. Monthly gross salary: $14,000 (pre-tax) \+ $1,600 food vouchers.
