Job Summary: We are seeking an Expansion Supervisor to negotiate store lease agreements, manage administrative procedures, and conduct prospecting, with a focus on sales and customer service. IMPORTANT COMPANY RECRUITING Expansion Supervisor Profile: Education: Incomplete Bachelor's degree (recent graduates, interns, or degree holders) Must have laptop, mobile phone, and vehicle Valid driver's license Required knowledge and skills: Analytical, honest, sense of urgency, ability to work under pressure, organized, responsible, empathetic, and strong verbal communication skills Microsoft Office (intermediate level) Experience: 6 months to 1 year in sales and customer service Desirable experience in construction processes, services, and operational licensing SAP (desirable) Responsibilities: Responsible for inspecting available stores to negotiate with owners and proceed with leasing.
