Objection handling and enrollment closure Educational Sales Advisor for a Prestigious University Location: Cuauhtémoc Borough, Mexico City Work Mode: In-person Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM / Saturdays, 9 AM–2 PM (every other Saturday) Position Objective To convert prospects into enrolled students through a consultative sales process, strategic follow-up, and effective closing—ensuring achievement of monthly enrollment targets and contributing to the institution’s commercial growth. Responsibilities Immediate response to leads from WhatsApp, social media, website, fairs, and events. Phone outreach and strategic follow-up with prospects. Needs identification and commercial profiling. Presentation of academic programs, costs, and benefits. Objection handling and enrollment closure. Daily CRM updates. Participation in Open House events and institutional activities. Required Profile? Minimum 2 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in educational or intangible services. Proven track record in sales closing. Strong results orientation and goal attainment focus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. CRM proficiency; Zoho is preferred. Completed bachelor’s degree.
