Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Parks Coordinator with a strong operational field focus to supervise, maintain, and coordinate services within industrial complexes, managing clients and vendors. Supervision of operations, maintenance, cleaning, and security INDUSTRIAL PARKS COORDINATOR Required Profile: * Resident of Querétaro * Experience in companies similar to developers/administrators of industrial complexes \- industrial parks * Degree-holding professional * Advanced English preferred * Intermediate English (mandatory) * Currently residing in Querétaro (willingness to relocate to nearby municipalities) * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar responsibilities * Position with a **strong operational field focus**, including site visits and on-site support at industrial parks, supplemented by office-based activities. * Leadership, managerial reporting, and interaction with internal tenant customers of the industrial units RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise overall operational, maintenance, cleaning, and security conditions within industrial parks. * Conduct periodic site inspections to identify anomalies and ensure proper functioning of facilities and infrastructure. * Coordinate and supervise security personnel, maintenance staff, and external vendors. * Verify compliance with the park’s internal regulations by companies and users. * Track maintenance work, improvements, and projects within industrial parks. * Prepare operational reports, logs, and follow-up documentation for identified incidents. * Manage quotations, comparative analyses, and coordination with vendors for maintenance or improvement work. * Address and follow up on customer requests, as well as requirements from relevant authorities or agencies.
