Communications Specialist: Responsible for developing the Internal and External Communications strategy for the Mexico Hub to keep associates informed about company developments, disseminating information through various communication channels. Additionally, this role promotes social engagement activities in Mexico between the company and associates in collaboration with nonprofit organizations, and enhances external corporate reputation via mass media aligned with corporate strategy. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Implement the regionally defined internal and external communications strategy tactically and operationally, ensuring its accurate execution in Mexico across all media and channels. * Manage relationships and coordination with internal and external communications agencies, public relations firms, and advertising agencies. * Evaluate media and campaign effectiveness using metric analysis. * Design, coordinate, and execute communications campaigns specific to Mexico and/or the Latin America region, measuring their impact. * Ensure brand consistency within the hub and adherence to global brand standards. * Promote resources, training, and approve advertising materials for marketing teams. * Prepare communications performance reports using surveys, focus groups, or other tools determined by the department. * Identify areas for improvement across various information channels and propose solutions. * Coordinate content creation for corporate events, including the national sales convention. * Administer employee satisfaction and workplace climate surveys, consolidate results, and follow up on improvement opportunities. * Propose and develop social engagement projects with nonprofit organizations, including scheduling, logistics, and associate participation. * Manage multiple stakeholders, including business leaders and directors, maintaining effective and aligned communication. * Administer the communications budget for Mexico. **Requirements** -------------- * Reside in Mexico City. * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations (degree completed). * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles. * Advanced English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with video and image editing software (e.g., Illustrator). * Availability to work under a hybrid work model. * Competencies: autonomy; ability to build connections with stakeholders across multiple countries; relationship management with directors and business leaders; results orientation; organizational and follow-up skills; ability to maintain effective and professional communication with multiple stakeholders.
