INTERMERK, a 100% Mexican company and industry leader with over 48 years of market experience, is seeking: ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ANALYST Requirements: Education: Economics or Administration bachelor's degree Experience: 2 years in the logistics sector CFDI handling capability Accounting ERP system proficiency Responsibilities: Recording purchase orders, credit notes, and/or partial cancellations for supplier payments. Collecting documentation required for supplier payments. Physical delivery of work orders. Maintaining up-to-date tax and banking databases for each supplier. Receiving payment requests pre-authorized by respective departments. Timely and accurate submission of purchase orders to the accounting and financial planning departments. Validating tax document compliance on the SAT portal. Following up with suppliers to ensure timely submission of tax documents. Custody and control of accounts payable tax documents. Reconciling accounts payable balances versus accounting records. Daily recording of disbursements in accounting systems and/or ERP. Ensuring driver expenses are allocated based on the cost calculation per route.
