




Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to manage invoices, reconciliations, bank records, and support financial statement preparation, with technical training included. A key position supporting essential accounting processes Position: Accounting Assistant | Miguel Laurent, Benito Juárez Main Responsibilities: - Management and recording of supplier invoices. - Preparation of accounting reconciliations. - Bank record entry using bank statements. - Support in preparing financial statements (technical training provided). - ERP system operation (technical training provided). What We Are Looking For: - Education: Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (completed). - Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar roles (Accounts Payable, closings, reconciliations). - Tools: Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables and formulas).
