Administer recruitment, selection, and payroll Grupo Energía Gastronómica, a leading company in the restaurant industry with presence in Saltillo, Coahuila, is seeking: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER Position Objective: To comprehensively lead and manage the Human Resources processes across the group of restaurants, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, human capital development, and strengthening of organizational culture. Main Responsibilities: \- Administration of recruitment, selection, and hiring for all units of the group. \- Administration and control of active personnel files. \- Payroll calculation and supervision, final settlements, and severance payments. \- Labor relations management, conflict resolution, and application of disciplinary measures. \- Design and implementation of training and development programs. \- Coordination of performance evaluations and improvement plans. \- Support in developing organizational climate and culture. \- Preparation of HR reports and indicators for General Management. Required Profile: \- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field. \- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions (preferably in the restaurant or service sector). \- Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and procedures with the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS). \- Experience managing payroll and personnel management systems. \- Leadership, effective communication, and conflict resolution skills. \- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, email). \- Availability to serve multiple units within Saltillo, Coahuila. Salary: $26,000\.00 \- $36,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
