




Position Summary: We are seeking a Training Coordinator - HR to lead the design, implementation, and follow-up of training programs, ensuring staff development and regulatory compliance. Support for employee recognition programs and corporate events At **CEDIS CUCAPAH MILLER PARKS**, we are looking for your talent as: **TRAINING COORDINATOR\-HR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Leader, Training Coordinator, or Organizational Development Specialist * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, Human Resources Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm **KNOWLEDGE:** * Planning, designing, and implementing staff training and instruction * Annual Training Plan * Designing and implementing tools for Training Needs Assessment * Developing instructional materials to support courses and training plans * Knowledge of SIRCE (Preferred) * Regulations issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare regarding training plans and programs **RESPONSIBILITIES** * · Coordinate and deliver onboarding and cybersecurity courses for new CEDIS personnel * · Monitor and manage the training platform to ensure course implementation objectives are met * · Design visual and supporting materials required for delivering operational courses to CEDIS personnel * · Support coordination and implementation of employee recognition programs and corporate events * · Collaborate with the Organizational Development team to design the Annual Training Plan for CEDIS personnel * · Administer and monitor the Theoretical Onboarding Evaluation, as well as the Course Satisfaction Evaluation, ensuring databases remain up to date * · Maintain control, recordkeeping, and updating of all information generated under the Annual Training Plan (attendance lists and/or related documents) * · Monitor proper completion of the "Learning Curve Follow-up" form for new hires, temporarily safeguarding it during the payroll onboarding process and subsequently delivering it to the Personnel Administration Department * · Administer theoretical/practical evaluations to candidates requiring operation of loading equipment, to validate candidate suitability * · Deliver theoretical\-practical training on safe loading equipment operation for license renewals **WE OFFER:** * Monthly gross salary of $23,595 * Transportation service * Career growth opportunities * Statutory benefits * Discount card for chain stores **WORK LOCATION:** Salinas Victoria \- Ciénega de Flores Highway, km 10\+300, rural road, Municipality of Salinas Victoria, Nuevo León.
