Join our team! **Job Mission** The mission of this role is to guarantee timely and accurate product delivery to customers through the digital home delivery service channel by ensuring proper operations, adherence to processes and service protocols, thereby achieving established quality standards. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure the fulfillment of objectives for the home delivery service channel. \- Monitor incidents and/or accidents related to the channel. \- Ensure the availability and optimal functioning of the channel’s physical and technological tools. \- Manage staffing in accordance with channel demand, productivity, and analysis. Requirements \- Completed high school diploma or technical degree. A bachelor’s degree or completed engineering degree in economic-administrative fields is desirable. \- 1+ year of experience in the home delivery service channel.
