Position Summary: We are seeking professionals for the analysis, design, and development of systems using J2EE patterns and agile methodologies, with experience in programming and databases. Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages and SQL **ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree (proof of 100% completed credits, certificate or letter of completion, or diploma and professional license) **Fields of study:** Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, Actuarial Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, Administrative Informatics, Administrative Engineering, Interaction Design, or other engineering or bachelor’s degrees in the physical-mathematical sciences or related disciplines. **Required experience:** One year of verifiable experience in: analysis, design, and development of systems using standard J2EE patterns; or basic knowledge of layered programming; familiarity with agile software development methodologies; implementation of SQL statements; implementation of unit tests. System or software program development or mobile application development. **Knowledge and skills:** System implementation, web services, J2EE design patterns, agile software development methodologies: SCRUM, XP or others; software development tools: Eclipse, SQLDeveloper or similar; object-oriented programming languages: Java, Python, C#, or similar; Database; SQL statements; application servers: JBOSS or Apache or similar; frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, JSF or JavaScript.
