Job Summary: Develops, maintains, and improves systems by leading teams and interpreting requirements across the supply chain, with a focus on continuous improvement and zero defects. Key Highlights: 1. Leads teams and systems for continuous improvement 2. Manages continuous improvement programs 3. Participates in continuous improvement projects and root cause analysis **Objective** To develop, maintain, and improve organizational systems and programs by leading work teams, interpreting and implementing applicable requirements across the supply chain, utilizing tools within a continuous improvement framework aligned with our zero-defect philosophy. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Administration of continuous improvement programs. \- Provide facilitation support in projects or programs as required. \- Identify improvement opportunities for follow-up. \- Participation and coordination in continuous improvement events. \- Presentation of projects and results in various organizational forums. \- Follow-up on continuous improvement projects and root cause analysis. **Requirements:** · 1 to 3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement · Knowledge of Process Mapping · Experience in Kaizen Events · Auditor skills · Intermediate English · Advanced Microsoft Office **Work Schedule** 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related degree. **''eCMMS FOXCONN JUAREZ does not accept payments for hiring purposes and is an organization free from any form of discrimination.''** Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
