Key role in project management and quality documentation **COSEA Business Group is seeking a SENIOR QUALITY ENGINEER in Monterrey, Nuevo León** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A LEADING MANUFACTURING COMPANY INVITES YOU TO JOIN ITS TEAM AS: **SENIOR QUALITY ENGINEER** Requirements Industrial Engineering or related field Essential experience in automotive plastic injection molding Advanced English proficiency required Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in a similar position. Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA, and CQI 23 certifications Knowledge of 8D methodology, Core Tools, root cause analysis, and 5 Whys Experience managing customer portals Experience as a lead auditor and shop floor control Responsibilities: Create and submit Supplier Change Request (SCR) packages and notifications, following standards, procedures, and best practices. Ensure proper execution of customer requirements Assist in managing and monitoring project status and communication to ensure timely project completion. Create and submit PPAP packages, as well as material compliance documentation, following standards and procedures Review information to ensure all PPAP specifications are met. Provide customer service and support to fulfill requirements, resolve issues, and follow up to obtain all product approvals Submit customer data to the International Material Data System (IMDS). Complete tasks and projects supporting departmental objectives, goals, and metrics. Coordinate and submit additional quality documentation as required. Identify new approaches to work more effectively and efficiently. Conduct quality system audits as needed.
