COMMERCIAL MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR **Job Description:** The position focuses on residential/commercial maintenance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervision and maintenance of swimming pools (pumps, filters, boilers, and piping). * Control and inspection of heating and filtration systems. * General bathroom repairs (toilets, sinks, showers, and basic plumbing). * Basic diagnosis of electrical and electronic controls (control panels, sensors, timers). * Coordination of preventive maintenance. * Activity logging and computer-based report generation. * Communication and follow-up with external vendors as needed. * Coordination of the maintenance team to serve branches (4 local branches, 2 out-of-town branches). **Requirements:** Education: Technical degree or bachelor’s degree (incomplete degree acceptable) in maintenance, electromechanics, electricity, mechanics, or related field. Desirable experience in residential, sports, hotel, club, gym, or swimming pool maintenance. * Knowledge of pumps, filters, and boilers. * Basic electricity, simple electronic controls, and basic plumbing. * Computer proficiency (basic Excel, reporting, and email). Candidate Profile: * Practical and solution-oriented individual. * Operational (non-industrial) maintenance experience. * Responsible, organized, and leadership-capable. * Interest in working in sports and residential facilities. * **100% on-site work** * Work composition: **90% operational / 10% administrative** * Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM, with 2-hour lunch break * Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM * Availability to travel to various locations within the city during working hours.
