Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead the business intelligence strategy, managing data and analytics to support strategic decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for**:** **SENIOR DATA ANALYST** Lead the business intelligence strategy through data management, advanced analytics, and visualization, ensuring the generation of actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in similar roles within Business Intelligence or data analysis. * **Desired Knowledge:** Predictive modeling and machine learning (basic level). Understanding of financial metrics and business KPIs. **Main Responsibilities** * End-to-end management of Business Intelligence projects. * Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Define standards, methodologies, and best practices for data analysis. * Ensure data quality, integrity, and availability. * Coordinate and supervise the data analysis team. * Implement ETL processes and Data Warehousing models. * Conduct advanced analytics and build predictive models (basic-to-intermediate level). * Translate business needs into analytical solutions. * Collaborate with various departments to enable data-driven decision-making. **Technical Skills** * BI Tools: Tableau, Power BI, QlikView. * Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. * Programming Languages: SQL (advanced), Python (pandas, NumPy). * Data Processes: ETL and Data Warehousing. * Cloud Computing: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (data-focused). * Agile Methodologies: Scrum, Kanban. **Work Location:** * Polanco — 20 minutes from Polanco or Chapultepec metro stations.
