Focus on cost, time, quality, and scope (IATF) **Automotive Plastic Injection Parts Manufacturer** Invites you to join its outstanding team as: **PROJECT MANAGER** **Requirements:** * Education: Completed university studies with degree. * Experience: Prior experience in administration and strategic planning. * Skills: Proficiency in English. * Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA) **Specific Technical Knowledge (Critical for Plastic Injection)** * Plastic injection processes * Mold validation * Automotive thermoplastic materials * Cavity balancing * Hot runner systems * Capability studies (Cp, Cpk) * IATF 16949 * Industrial project costing **We Offer:** * Salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Christmas bonus, vacation premium) * Paid personal days **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Position Objective** Plan, coordinate, and ensure the successful execution of new product introduction (NPI) projects, transfers, and engineering modifications, guaranteeing compliance with **cost, time, quality, and scope**, per IATF standards and customer requirements. **New Project Launches** * Tracking of: * Customer kick-off meeting * DFM (Design for Manufacturing) * Mold fabrication and release * T0, T1, T2 trial runs * PPAP * Ensuring SOP date compliance **Multidisciplinary Coordination** * Process Engineering * Quality * Purchasing * Production * Maintenance * Logistics * Mold suppliers **Customer Management** * Tracking of milestones. * Status reporting. * Handling escalations. * Participation in customer audits. **Risk Management** * Development and tracking of: * DFMEA * PFMEA * Contingency plans * Early identification of technical and financial risks. **Position Responsibilities** * Plan and supervise the execution of strategic projects within the company. * Coordinate design, engineering, mold, validation, and production activities. * Gather, synthesize, and understand project requirements; clearly define project scope and expectations from each stakeholder’s perspective. * Develop project planning based on APQP; create activity schedules and assign responsibilities and timelines to each task. * Manage program workflows, communicating them to the team to ensure appropriate interaction among all involved departments. * Provide timely, effective communication to customers and the project team; communicate any project changes, if applicable. * Establish strong communication channels with cross-functional teams, including management, engineering, operations, and others necessary to ensure on-time product delivery. * Monitor and evaluate achieved results, proposing continuous process improvements. Work location: Querétaro Industrial Park; no transportation issues. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Employment type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 – $45,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
