Communication and Collaboration with Clients and Team **Project Manager.** Overall Objective: Manage resources in software development projects to ensure timely and high-quality solutions for our clients. Technical Competencies: \* Degree in Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineering. \* Knowledge of Project Management. \* Experience in project analysis and business requirements gathering. \* Advanced proficiency in English. \* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. \* Knowledge of systems and system projects (desirable). \* Knowledge of agile methodologies (desirable). Responsibilities: \* Understand the business vision, goals, and plans of Azzule and PrimusLabs. \* Design, develop, and continuously improve Azzule’s websites to ensure they are efficient, user-friendly, and function correctly. \* Clarify and communicate client needs and objectives, documenting analyzed requirements for optimal project execution. \* Enhance client communication by providing ongoing follow-up and status reporting on projects. \* Collaborate with the IS team to complete development projects within the estimated timeframe. \* Lead, motivate, and support project team members. \* Define work plans and prioritize projects. \* Communicate and facilitate the following during system development or maintenance: \* Product functionality (software) \* Process design and support for interface design \* Relevant updates \* Product (software) validation and validation of releases \* Product maintenance and user support as required \* Relay feedback from clients and/or end users to the development team. \* Ensure business users are trained on developed tools. º Salary: $20,000 **100% REMOTE** **We connect via WhatsApp application** Salary: Starting at $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Work Location: Remote employment
