It is seeking a **Systems Technician / Programmer** ***Responsibilities:*** * Provide technical support to users (hardware and software). * Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment, networks, and systems. * Diagnose and resolve technical failures. * Develop and maintain applications or scripts (process automation). * Administer basic databases. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Document procedures, incidents, and solutions. * Support IT security (backups, antivirus, access control). * Collaborate on internal technology projects. * Provide online customer assistance and on-site support (local and remote). * Develop internal applications, systems, or tools. * Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. *Skills and Competencies* * Ability to organize and prioritize tasks. * Conflict resolution. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Attention to detail. * Proficiency in computer science. * Organized. * Responsible. *Required Qualifications* * **Valid driver's license (standard) required** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position * **Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field** * **Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence.** * **Proficiency in programming languages required (Python, Java, JavaScript, C\# or similar)** *We Offer* * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. * **Gross Salary:** $10,200 monthly * Biweekly payments * Ongoing training. * Work location: Tezozómoc, Recursos Hidráulicos, Tultitlán, State of Mexico.
