Running the Business: * Supervise across departments (electronic and final assembly, inventory, painting, and metal transformation areas). * Conduct daily safety audits to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, address emerging risks through problem solving, and participate in monthly safety meetings and safety audits to provide a safe working environment. * Create production plans with Production Team/Assembly Leads for required work, including staffing levels and assignments, and hourly and daily goals to effectively meet customer demand. * Learn and maintain stable work processes by occasionally performing each job and regularly observing and auditing each process. * Regularly perform standard leader work tasks as part of our Lean Management System, including leading and participating in tier meetings, monitoring production using visual controls, auditing processes to verify adherence to standards and cycle time compliance, and ensuring products are built to meet quality specifications. * Be available to respond swiftly to escalations, providing direction and/or taking necessary actions to resolve issues or escalate further as required, to effectively support production operations. * Make decisions based on internal and external customer needs or value, as well as overall cost impact to the company. * Perform value\-adding work as needed to meet customer demand.
