Position Summary: We are seeking a Printer Engineer to perform configuration, installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment, and to handle technical support tickets with excellent customer service. Provide excellent customer service and support IMPORTANT: LEADING PRINTER COMPANY IS SEEKING: PRINTER ENGINEER **Requirements**: Age: 20 years or older Experience: Minimum one year as a printer technician; experience with computers is mandatory Education: Technical or professional degree in systems, computer science, telecommunications, or related field Flexible working hours available Responsibilities: Configure and install new printers Repair defective equipment, primarily printers Perform preventive and corrective maintenance Handle and resolve technical support tickets Provide excellent customer service and support.
