Job Summary: This role supports process improvement initiatives and actively participates in continuous improvement programs, projects, and workshops. Key Highlights: 1. Support for CBS projects and workshops aimed at process improvement 2. Active participation in training and coaching on CBS tools 3. Identification and documentation of potential savings projects Your tasks Legal Entity: Contitech Mexicana Job Description: * Supports assigned activities in CBS projects, CBS workshops, the 5S program, and the CIM program to improve production processes and areas. * Facilitates working sessions according to area needs (e.g., 360° sessions with multidisciplinary teams to identify potential improvements, detect waste, or identify non-value-added activities). * Actively participates in training and coaching sessions for implementing CBS tools (e.g., training on the 5S program, CIM system, CBS projects, Kaizen workshops, the 7+1 types of waste, etc.). * Provides support in executing CBS projects and CBS workshops. * Provides support in executing Six Sigma projects as an active team member. * Actively participates in the plant’s 5S program. * Identifies and documents potential savings projects in Sprint for production processes and areas. Your profile * Student of Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies. * Basic knowledge of ISO IATF standards. * Basic-to-intermediate English proficiency preferred. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. * Basic knowledge of continuous improvement systems.
