Job Summary: We are seeking a Computer Technician or IT/Systems Engineer with experience in supporting, installing, and maintaining technological infrastructure for production lines and office environments. Key Responsibilities: 1. IT support for production lines and office environments 2. Maintenance and configuration of cabling, scanners, and printers 3. Diagnosis and repair of end-user equipment Education: \* Computer Technician \* IT or Computer Systems Engineering (incomplete) Years of Experience: 1 year (night shift preferred) **Specific Knowledge:** \* IT support and installation for production lines and office environments. \* Installation and maintenance of structured cabling. \* Configuration and support of barcode scanners and printers (Zebra, thermal, and laser). \* Preventive and corrective maintenance of computers. \* Operating system installation, basic Microsoft Office configuration, device monitoring, inventory control, and basic system backups. **Main Responsibilities:** \* Provide direct IT support to the plant and production lines. \* Respond to incidents and service requests to minimize production downtime. \* Maintain organization, cleanliness, and control of the IT warehouse. \* Diagnose, repair, and replace touchscreen PCs and end-user equipment. \* Install, configure, and troubleshoot Zebra and HP printers.
