Position Summary: Equipment, network, and software maintenance and configuration, with support for databases and automation using Power Platform. Key Responsibilities: 1. Computer equipment and software configuration and maintenance. 2. Network, connectivity, and corporate email support. 3. Process development and automation using Power Platform and SQL. * Assignment and configuration of computing devices for staff. * Software, application suite, and driver installation. * Preventive and corrective hardware maintenance (cleaning, component replacement). * Structured cabling and basic network configuration. * Internet, telephone, and printer connectivity verification. * Corporate email account creation and management. * Equipment inventory collection and updates. * Documentation of processes and incidents in systems or CRM. * Support for basic database queries (SQL). * Process development and automation using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). Salary: $1,000.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
