We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Key Account Manager to join our growing team. **What You'll Do** Responsible for exclusively selling, collecting payments, distributing, promoting, and displaying our brand at every point of sale across all distribution and marketing channels within your assigned market, while adhering to company policies, values, and objectives—ultimately driving achievement of company goals. **Responsibilities** * Conduct weekly information and analysis meetings with team members (Promoters \& Supervisors) * Support identification of unsafe acts or conditions, and participate in accident investigations involving your team. * Prepare monthly sales forecasts. * Analyze retail and/or inventory data. * Prepare monthly ML (Merchandising Level) reports. * Develop action plans to improve sales per customer. * Maintain control of displays and POP (Point of Purchase) materials. * Support the team in securing additional display space. * Monitor our pricing as well as competitors' pricing. * Prepare monthly presentations covering displays, ML, and zone opportunities. * Catalog new products. * Sell and collect payments. * Analyze customer profitability at the product level. * Analyze zone profitability. * Propose strategies to improve sales. **What We Need From You** * Reside in Mexico City (CDMX), near the Central de Abasto market, and be familiar with the area. * Minimum 4 years of experience working at Central de Abasto. * Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies. * Results-oriented mindset. * Dynamic profile.
