If you are observant, analytical, and passionate about order, we invite you to join our team in **Santo Tomás Atzingo, Tlalmanalco**. **Your mission in this role:** * **Operational Auditing:** Supervise that processes in production areas (nixtamalization, grinding, packaging) and warehouse operations comply with established manuals. * **Inventory Management:** Conduct cyclical counts and surprise audits to ensure physical stock matches system records. * **Outgoing Shipment Validation:** Verify that product shipments and dispatches meet the company’s quality and food safety standards. * **Critical Reporting:** Document findings and propose improvements to prevent losses or resource leakage. **What profile are we looking for?** * **Education:** Incomplete bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Administration, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in internal auditing, inventory control, or process supervision. * **Skills:** Critical thinking ability, use of checklists, and basic-to-intermediate Excel proficiency. * **Values:** Unwavering honesty, firmness in applying standards, and attention to detail. **Benefits:** * Base monthly salary * Opportunity to directly influence the efficiency of a leading regional company. * Stability and an excellent work environment. * Working hours from Monday to Saturday (POSSIBILITY OF WORKING FROM HOME ON SATURDAYS) Salary: $2,500\.00 \- $2,501\.00 per week Workplace: On-site employment
