By joining us, you will become part of a world-leading company delivering ground handling, cargo, and passenger services to over 300 million people annually. **Job Summary** Responsible for training staff on operational procedures, safety and quality regulations governing service delivery, ensuring trainees acquire the competencies necessary to perform their duties. **Responsibilities** * Deliver training programs for operational functions (e.g., baggage handling, passenger service, ramp operations, loading/unloading of cargo, etc.) * Instruct staff on safety regulations, operational protocols, and standards established in processes. * Ensure training complies with airport authority requirements and applicable regulations. * Administer theoretical and practical assessments to evaluate participant learning. * Update and maintain courses on airport regulatory requirements. * Implement training improvement strategies to optimize staff performance. * Generate training reports and issue training certificates. * Monitor compliance with mandatory employee training requirements. * Fulfill responsibilities outlined in the Station’s QHSE Management System Manual and other manuals under their responsibility and management, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISAGO standards. **Requirements and Competencies** * Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Engineering, Airport Security, or related field * Minimum 2 years’ experience in airport operations and staff training * Knowledge of aviation safety regulations and requirements * Proficiency with digital training tools—LMS, e-learning platforms * Excellent communication, teaching, and leadership skills * Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with authorities * Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to travel; appropriate adaptability to meet the operational needs of the aviation industry **What We Offer** * Market-competitive base salary * Statutory benefits * Additional benefits and perks * Continuous training * Career development opportunities At Swissport, we believe in diversity, equal opportunity, and the power of our values to drive our success.
