Data analysis and report generation A leading collection call center invites you to join our team as a **"Dialing Analyst"** **We offer:** \-Monthly base salary of $13 k to $16 k (depending on experience) \-All statutory benefits \-Growth opportunity **Requirements:** \-Minimum 6 months \- 1 year of experience as a dialing analyst/dialer in a call center \-Proficiency in Excel \-GENESYS usage is mandatory \-Knowledge of collection KPIs, SQL, and CC1 \-Strong data analysis skills **Responsibilities:** \-Loading campaigns into outbound management systems (Blaster, predictive, SMS, Mailing, etc.) \-Real-time campaign performance monitoring \-Validation of customer and portfolio data \-Resolution of technical issues \-Daily report generation and analysis **Work location and schedule:** \-Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; Saturday, 8 AM to 2 PM \-Azcapotzalco, CDMX (5 minutes from Cuitlahuac metro station) Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
