




Position Summary: We are seeking a Junior Human Talent Operations Officer to develop within HR, managing payroll, workplace culture, performance evaluations, and personnel administration. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU VACANCY FOR JUNIOR HUMAN TALENT OPERATIONS OFFICER ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED * Preparation, calculation, and payment of payroll. * Implementation of Workplace Culture and Work Environment Programs. * Administration and evaluation of Performance Appraisals. * Implementation of Compensation and Incentive Programs. * Administration of personnel documentation and files. * Administration of personnel entry and exit procedures. * Onboarding of new personnel. * All of the above for the administration of a team of 20 people. REQUIREMENTS * Recent graduate or intern from a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. * Minimum experience of 6 months in HR or personnel management. * Full-time position. * Basic knowledge of payroll systems (Nomipaq, NOI, and/or Zentric). * Knowledge of SUA and calculation of employer-employee obligations for IMSS and INFONAVIT. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Responsible, organized, proactive, and reliable.
