We take pride in our customer-centric culture and are looking for someone who shares our commitment to service excellence. \> Position Objective Ensure an outstanding customer experience by selling savings, investment, and insurance products to build long-term relationships. \> Responsibilities: * + Advise customers on Banco Azteca’s various savings, investment, and insurance products, promoting cross-selling. * Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities associated with credit. * Ensure proper implementation and execution of deposit acquisition, insurance, AFORE, and payroll strategies. * Open deposit accounts with balances and grow customer balances. * Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. * Obtain certification as an AFORE Promoting Agent. * Cambacear: promoting products outside the sales point. * Make calls to place payroll and pensioner loans. * Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat business and referrals.
