We take pride in our customer-centric culture and are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence in service. \> Position Objective Ensure customers receive outstanding attention and service by promptly, accurately, and efficiently processing their requested transactions. \> Responsibilities: * Process banking transactions efficiently and accurately. * Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving customer issues. * Collaborate as part of a team to ensure proper branch operations. * Ensure appropriate handling of cash and other assets. \> Requirements: * Availability to work rotating shifts * Prior experience as a bank teller or in a similar role. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Demonstrated ability in cash handling and problem resolution. * Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a high level of integrity. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday with one weekday day off (including weekends and holidays) Grupo Salinas offers a rewarding and challenging work environment, professional growth opportunities, and a competitive compensation package: * Weekly pay \*$2,000 \+ bonuses * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, 25% annual vacation bonus, 15-day year-end bonus (increasing with seniority).
