




Job Summary: This role ensures the design, tracking, and support of work instructions, implementing engineering changes to ensure quality and efficiency in production. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for the design and interpretation of Work Instructions for Finish Goods. 2. Participation in Kaizen events, MKOS, and CAPA's for continuous improvement. 3. Collaboration in personnel development and implementation projects. **Job Description** **General Objective:** Ensure the design, tracking, and support of product work instructions, as well as implement necessary engineering changes to guarantee quality and efficiency in the production process. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for generating, ensuring, and executing MCOR’s. * Responsible for designing Work Instructions at the Finish Good level. * Support the interpretation of Work Instructions design at the Finish Good level. * Implement and/or participate in Kaizen events, MKOS, and CAPA’s. * Responsible for resolving discrepancies in orders held in C\-Hold of Engineering. * Responsible for ArtWorks design. * Participate in audits. * Participate in project implementation. * Collaborate in personnel development. **Experience / Technical Knowledge:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in the Medical Industry related to Quality, Production, Engineering, or Surgical Activities. * Conversational English. * AS400, M\-Power, Pack Draw, Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) (advanced). * (Desirable) Basic knowledge of AutoCAD. * (Desirable) Basic knowledge of computer systems programming. **Competencies / Soft Skills:** * Teamwork, data interpretation, determination, proactivity, results orientation, sense of urgency, leadership, people orientation, negotiation skills. * Decision-making leading to positive outcomes based on analysis. * Availability across shifts. Always responsible and professional. **Academic Qualifications:** * Engineering/Degree program incomplete or completed. Preferred fields: Surgical Nursing, Industrial Engineering, or Programming.
