Job Objective: Administer, organize, and safeguard all project documentation (drawings, contracts, reports, correspondence), ensuring it remains **up-to-date, accessible, and controlled** in compliance with established procedures. Main Responsibilities: * Receive, register, and classify documents (physical and digital). * Control versions and revisions of drawings and files. * Distribute documents to relevant departments. * Keep the project master file up-to-date. * Verify that documentation complies with standards and formats. * Manage access permissions and confidentiality. * Support internal and external audits. * Track incoming and outgoing correspondence. * Prepare document status reports. Tools and Systems: * Microsoft Excel (for tracking and databases) * Microsoft SharePoint (collaborative repository) * AutoCAD (drawing review) * Revit (for BIM projects) * EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems) Education: * Civil Engineering degree. Knowledge: * Document management and version control * Quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001\) * Handling of digital and physical files * Construction terminology (preferred) Experience: * 1–3 years in document control, administration, or construction projects (preferred).
