Professional Profile: * Education: Completed **Bachelor's degree** in Education, Computer Science, Computational Technologies, Information Technologies, or related fields * Desired experience in Customer Service and/or Student Support, strong proficiency in ICT (educational platforms, MS Office), learning methodologies, call center operations, and technical support. Main Responsibilities: * Communication with students (phone calls and WhatsApp). * Advisory and support regarding the use of student platforms. * Incident tracking and logging, including escalation to relevant departments responsible for resolving incidents and managing support resources. * Monitoring course progress, as well as notifying students about certification exam scheduling. * Conducting periodic surveys to measure certification acquisition efficiency and enhance the university’s academic program offerings across all levels. * Collaborating with other support departments to ensure effective communication and implementation of existing certification strategies.
