Responsible for supervising a wide range of warehouse activities, including the shipment and receipt of raw materials and/or finished goods, as well as inventory maintenance and associated recordkeeping. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise shipping, receiving, and distribution activities. * Collaborate with supervisors to track daily activities, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Train personnel. * Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. * Conduct quality assurance inspections on all received products prior to storage or distribution. * Maintain appropriate inventory levels in the warehouse to ensure maximum profitability. * Maintain records for all equipment. * Perform routine and periodic inventory counts in the warehouse. * Responsible for requesting and purchasing necessary equipment. * Ensure sites are adequately and regularly stocked. * Guarantee that the warehouse is maintained efficiently, orderly, and safely. * Responsible for warehouse maintenance and preservation. **Requirements:** * Completed education related to the field. * Flexible availability for work hours. * Experience leading a team of supervisors (6 direct reports). * Inventory control experience. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel). * Experience in managing inbound and outbound logistics. * Knowledge of and experience implementing 5S methodology. * Experience with ERP systems (BAAN or SAP). **What You’ll Receive for Your Excellent Work:** * Competitive salary. * Life insurance and medical insurance. * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Grocery vouchers (vales de despensa). * Savings fund (fondo de ahorro). * Life insurance.
