**Job Description:** Description: We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst with knowledge of the IMSS SUA process and HR operations in the Playas de Rosarito and Santa Fé areas. Responsibilities: * Support general Human Resources activities. * Support payroll processing. * IMSS transactions (registrations, cancellations, and modifications). * Calculation and payment of SUA contributions (monthly and bimonthly). * Perform withholdings and reconciliations (IMSS, ISPT, FONACOT, INFONAVIT). * Calculation of RT. Disability reconciliation. * Submission of variable data; calculation of integrated wages. · Requirements: * Incomplete bachelor's degree in Administration and/or Accounting. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources. * Experience with IMSS, SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, FONACOT, and INFONAVIT platforms. * Organized, responsible, and confidential. * Intermediate English proficiency.
