**REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree completed in: Human Resources or Organizational Communication * **2 years of field recruitment experience: commercial businesses, gas stations, fifth-wheel operators, administrative staff, etc.** * Proficiency in recruitment platforms and social media * Valid driver's license; ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles * Ability to commute easily to the Las Américas Industrial Park, Torreón. **GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Candidate sourcing via: field activities (flyer distribution, job postings, job fairs), online platforms, social media, and municipal job boards * Conducting interviews * Verifying employment references and preparing candidate files * Contract signing and time clock registration. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary: **$10,000 MXN per month, paid biweekly** * **Biweekly commissions** * **Work tools: laptop, mobile phone, and utility vehicle** * Statutory benefits upon hiring: IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot, 15 days' Christmas bonus, vacation premium (25%), and 12 days' paid vacation * **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM–6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM–1 PM.** Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $10,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract Application Question(s): * In which industries have you conducted recruitment? * Do you hold a completed bachelor's degree? * What is your desired monthly salary? * Do you hold a valid driver's license?
