Job Summary: GEPP seeks a Territory Delivery Leader to manage teams, supervise routes, and ensure achievement of delivery and sales objectives, with a focus on personnel development and commercial execution. Reporting of results and progress of commercial plans GEPP, a company developing a portfolio of leading brands with nationwide presence and over 40,000 employees, invites you to join its large family: ### **Position:** **Territory Delivery Leader** Work Area: Northeast Region and Valley of Mexico, **State of Mexico**. ### **Required Skills:** * Bachelor's degree/Engineering in Business Administration or related field. * Experience as a Delivery Leader, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods companies. Experience in commercial processes, customer acquisition, personnel development, and performance indicator compliance. * Management of unionized personnel. ### **Talent Profile:** ‒ Development of unionized personnel, route supervision (80% fieldwork), and control and administration of a team of more than 25 people. ‒ Management and monitoring of daily performance indicators and achievement of delivery/sales objectives. ‒ Leads and manages the proper implementation of tools for effective delivery.
